Full Circle is always looking for individuals who want to make a difference in someone’s life.  Some positions require experience in the field and others require a desire to learn about different.  You also have to be able to get behind our philosophy.

Supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their own home can require personal/medical care, but not always.  We look for people who like to do an array of tasks and who are creative enough to figure out how to help others become involved in their communities and check out new opportunities.

Several of our staff work other jobs, are students or stay at home moms or dads.  We have full, part time and even on-call gigs; mostly mornings, evenings, overnights and weekends.   The pay isn’t great and there is no way to hide that fact.  You have to find the value in being part of someone’s life.  We do offer medical/dental benefits; full time we pay 90% and for part time over 20 hours we pay 50%.
