Our Services
Full Circle provides independent and supported living services to adults with disabilities. We specialize in creating holistic and unique service plans based around the needs and desires of each individual we serve. This includes (but is not limited to) obtaining and maintaining housing, household management, personal care, healthy living, emergency response, managing finances, problem solving, self-advocacy, and safety.
Independent Living Services (ILS) provides education, instruction and training for those who choose to live on their own. ILS is designed to empower each client so that as they gain the skills needed to thrive on their own the dependence on our services will lesson over time. This type of service is for those that need training to learn how to live independently. Our support can begin while the individual is living in the family home or as they begin to transition out of a group home living situation. The focus of ILS is on personal growth and skill development. The individuals who are served in this program have needs that can be supported between 1- 40 hours per month and are capable of becoming more and more independent over time.
Supported Living Services (SLS) enables individuals who have significant support needs to live in their own homes. This service provides support up to 24 hours per day based on the needs of the individual. This type of service is individualized to the preferences of the person and as needs/preferences change the services will adapt to those changes. This service also assists our clients in exploring and building a natural support base, assisting the client to make decisions that empower them to manage their own flife and can focus on personal growth and skill development as needed.
