Staff

Direct Service Staff provide the bulk of support to the 50 plus clients that Full Circle serves in the person’s own home. Support is individualized and ranges from 24-hour care for some to a contracted number of hours per month for others. The type and spectrum of support varies based on the needs of the individual client and could include support in activities such as cooking, dressing, shopping, money management, advocacy, accessing medical/dental care, obtaining and maintaining affordable housing, support to participate in regular community activities, worship services and various recreational activities.

Gina Jennings – Executive Director

Gina is the founder of Full Circle. She has a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Vocational Special Education. She has 30 years experience working in residential services, most of which has been with adults and teens. She also has 20 plus years of management experience. Gina loves the beach and watching her daughter play water polo.

Krista Loomis – Program Director

Krista has a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies. She has 25 years experience working with adults and children with disabilities. Nineteen years of that is working in residential services management. She specializes in housing options for the disabled. Krista also has a real estate license and is a notary. In her free time she loves to read and relax at the beach.
