Who We Are

Our Beginnings

Full Circle of Choices was established in 1997 to respond to an increasing need for more service options for adults with disabilities. Gina Jennings, Executive Director and Bob Bergum (since retired), both veterans in the field of developmental disabilities, responded to a request for proposal by the Regional Center of the East Bay to address this need.

Our Mission

To support each person in reaching the goal of living a lifestyle of their choice in their own home with the instruction, training and support needed.
