Prior to Full Circle, Josh was the Chief of Administrative Services for Contra Costa Health Systems, the county's public health administrator, and had also served as the Executive Assistant to the Contra Costa Developmental Disabilities Council. In the developmental disabilities community, Josh has worked in a wide variety of service provider and advocacy oriented roles since he was 14 years old.
Additionally, Josh has served on many boards, including the California Disability Service Institute and East Bay Legislative Coalition. Josh has also been involved in many partnerships, including, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Board, Human Centered Design working group and Contra Costa County Health Equity Team.
Krista has a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies. She has 30 years experience working with adults and children with disabilities. Twenty eight years of that is working in residential services management. She specializes in housing options for the disabled. Krista also has a real estate license and is a notary. In her free time she loves to read and relax at the beach.
Caroline has served as the Director of Care Parent Network, a Family Resource Center, which has supported thousands of families of children and young adults with I/DD.
Caroline has also served on the Regional Center Board of Directors, chaired the Contra Costa Developmental Disabilities Council, chaired the STAR Autism Conferences, chaired the Going to College with a Disability Conferences, and participated in Transition to Adulthood conferences. Caroline has provided pro bono legal representation and support for individuals facing discriminatory practices. Perhaps most importantly, Caroline has a close family member with autism.
Kylee has been with Full Circle of Choices since 2012 doing direct service with numerous individuals. She began assisting with SLS management in 2018 and became a full time supervisor in 2019. She has worked in the medical field since 1991 and with adults with disabilities since 2004. Kylee has 3 grown children and in her spare time she and her husband continue their passions for racing cars and traveling. Kylee is excited to bring her medical knowledge to Full Circle's SLS program.
Gina is the founder and former Executive Director of Full Circle. She has a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Vocational Special Education. She has over 30 years experience working in residential services, most of which has been with adults and teens. She also has over 35 years of management experience. Gina loves the beach and spending time with her daughters. While she no longer actively works with Full Circle, she'll always be part of our team!
Sue Carty has worked for Full Circle of Choices since 2015. Sue came to California from Ireland where she had been working with persons with developmental disabilities for 13 years. In the Bay Area, Sue has worked for the school district with children with behavior difficulties, and a day program for adults with developmental disabilities. Sue leads an active lifestyle cycling and swimming (she swam from Alcatraz to San Francisco!) and hiking. Sue looks forward to carrying out Full Circle's Purpose to discover, draw out and develop the “best me” inside every individual we serve.
