Gina is the founder of Full Circle. She has a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Vocational Special Education. She has over 30 years experience working in residential services, most of which has been with adults and teens. She also has over 35 years of management experience. Gina loves the beach and spending time with her daughters. While she no longer actively works with Full Circle, she'll always be part of our team!
Krista has a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies. She has 30 years experience working with adults and children with disabilities. Twenty eight years of that is working in residential services management. She specializes in housing options for the disabled. Krista also has a real estate license and is a notary. In her free time she loves to read and relax at the beach.
Megan has been working for Full Circle of Choices since 2013 and she loves her job! While she has worked with developmentally disabled students at Spectrum Center, she also has experience as a preschool teacher, a service advisor in the automobile industry, and a volleyball coach. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development with a concentration in Adult Development and Gerontology and a double minor in Recreation and Tourism from CSU East Bay. She spends her free time going to see live music or at home reading with her cat at her side. Megan looks forward to many exciting years with Full Circle and aspires to make a difference in each of her clients’ lives.
Cathy Phillips is a Supported Living Supervisor with over twenty four years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Cathy discovered early on that this work was her passion so along with Supported Living endeavors, she has worked as Vocational Education teacher, a substitute in the Contra Costa County Schools special education classrooms, and has done job development and training for people with disabilities. When Cathy is not working at Full Circle, she stays busy with her other passions, real estate and exercise.
Mayalia Barries is a highly educated fiancé and mother of five. She moved to Contra Costa County and joined Full Circle in 2017. Mayalia is extremely excited about working at Full Circle of Choices. Mayalia has an extensive background rooted in Counseling Psychology and has 20+ years of experience in working with the developmentally delayed and mentally ill population. Mayalia’s free time is spent camping and traveling with her family and working on her prized muscle car.
